Design & Features
The luxury apartments at Escapade Silverstone boast a high-quality contemporary design with individually furnished and decorated units. Each apartment is equipped with kitchenettes including coffee machines, fridges, freezers, microwaves, and stunning modern bathrooms. Apartments feature separate dining and sitting areas, air conditioning, heating, and amenities catering to families such as free cots and interconnected rooms.
Facilities
The development offers a range of facilities to its residents. These include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa, fitness center, and an on-site restaurant offering dining options. The Clubhouse also features a concierge, a 24-hour front desk, and free private parking.

Trackside, Dual Aspect Residences, and Countryside Units
The masterplan at Escapade Silverstone creates three residential typologies: Trackside, dual aspect residences, and countryside units. The Trackside properties are 12 meters from the crash barrier and have upper levels splayed and cantilevered to resemble the aerodynamic slipstream of cars passing at speed. The dual aspect residences open onto rooftop terraces with wide-spanning views. The countryside units turn their gaze towards the fields beyond.
Design Collaboration and Engineering
The clubhouse at Escapade Silverstone was developed in collaboration with Twelve Architects. Bell & Swift is the interior designer for the clubhouse. Whitby Wood is responsible for the structural and civil engineering, drainage, and MEP engineering of the clubhouse. HG Construction is the main contractor for the clubhouse, and Cummings Group is the project manager. The landscaping of the clubhouse is handled by Rappor.

Escapade Living is planning to offer similar lifestyle destinations at other iconic motorsport circuits globally.
