Poker Night Frenzy: Spartan Super Series Day 4 Recap

Get ready for a wild ride through the poker-packed night that was Day 4 of the Spartan Super Series! Despite the typical Saturday night party vibes, the tournament series continued to draw massive fields. Besides Zarvan Tumboli winning the SSS Daredevil tournament, here's a rundown of the other side events that took place.

Tournament #17: INR 1.5 Lakh GTD

This INR 550 buy-in tournament attracted 226 unique players, swelling the prize pool close to INR 2 Lakh. The top 30 players locked in a piece of the prize, with the minimum cash set at INR 1,481. In the end, it was poker regular 'Pro' (Anant Purohit) who clinched the top prize of INR 41,475. He outlasted 'alpha07' in heads-up, winning not only the tournament but also a pair of fours with a Queen kicker.

Tournament #18: INR 2.25 Lakh GTD 📈

With an increased guarantee, this tournament carried a buy-in of INR 990. A total of 152 unique players joined the competition, pushing the prize pool to INR 2.38 Lakh. The prize pool was divided among 21 players with the minimum cash set at INR 2,981. But the ultimate eyes belonged to 'debumathur' (Devashish Mathur), who took home the top prize of INR 57,240. He bested 'Tarsh001' in heads-up with Aces and Sevens, outperforming a pair of Queens after both players went all-in pre-flop.

Tournament #19: INR 2 Lakh GTD 📉

The INR 660 re-entry tournament saw 190 unique players register. The eventual prize pool was shared among the top 27 places, with the minimum cash set at INR 1,800. The evening's glory landed in the hands of 'Esrr' (Adarsh Agarwal), who banked INR 44,000 after beating 'illegal9' in heads-up.

Tournament #21: INR 4 Lakh GTD 🔶

This was the final tournament of the night, with a buy-in of INR 550. A total field of 362 players signed up, eventually sharing a prize pool among the top 54 players with the min-cash set at INR 1,800. 'mridul16' (Mridul Nagpal) emerged victorious, taking home INR 74,000 after defeating 'Radhe2015' in heads-up. The nail-biting final hand saw Nagpal hitting a pair of Jacks on the flop.
