Public Authority for Industry Finds 222 Violations in 1,000+ Inspections
The Public Authority for Industry has completed over 1,000 inspection tours across industrial, service, and commercial areas. These tours, led by Minister Khalifa Al-Ajeel, resulted in the detection of 222 violations. The inspections, conducted based on decisions issued in September, revealed various violations. These included misuse of plots, labor housing in industrial areas, environmental and occupational safety breaches, and unlicensed subletting. The Authority took swift action, issuing warnings, closure orders, and referring serious cases to the Public Prosecution and the Environment Public Authority. Findings will be submitted to relevant committees to improve oversight and address these violations.
