In Mumbai Chills, Akshay Kumar Slams Recent Terror Attack
bolted to his chair during a screening of 'Kesari 2', Bollywood action star Akshay Kumar took a break from the action to speak out against the horrendous Pahalgam terror attack that claimed lives of 26 innocent souls on April 22.
Taking the stage, Akshay, with a fierce expression, denounced the despicable Foolish act. He led the theatre audience in repeating a powerful dialogue from 'Kesari 2' in response to the Pahalgam atrocity: "F**k Off."
"Regrettably, the same fury that burns inside each of us even today. You all know exactly what I'm referring to," Akshay passionately declared to the attentive crowd. Gesturing to the microphone, he challenged the audience, "Say it with me, my friends; the very dialogue I used for General Dyer in our film."
The crowd erupted as the fans shouted in unison, "F*** you."

The heinous crime occurred at Baisaran meadow in Pahalgam, where terrorist forces targeted tourists, killing 25 Indian nationals, a Nepalese citizen, and leaving many others injured. Unfortunately, this attack ranks among the deadliest in the region since the 2019 Pulwama strike, which took the lives of 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel.
In the aftermath, the Central government swore to punish severely those responsible for the attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam, as well as the conspirators behind it. The opposition parties have pledged their full support to the government in any retributive actions against the aggressors.

In response to the ongoing threat of cross-border terrorism, the Central government has elected to place the Indus Waters Treaty of 1960 on hold until Pakistan publicly abandons its support for such attacks. Moreover, all categories of visas for Pakistani citizens have been revoked, with immediate effect from April 27, leaving only long-term visas, diplomatic, and official visas intact.
India's response to the Pahalgam attack extends beyond diplomatic measures, with the nation recalling its Defence, Navy, and Air advisors from the Indian High Commission in Islamabad. The High Commission posts are de-facto terminated as a result. Additionally, five staff members of the Service Advisors will be withdrawn from both High Commissions.
Such strong action comes amid heightened tensions, as Akshay Kumar's fiery condemnation of the Pahalgam attack echoes the burning anger that engulfed the nation following the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Similar to the film, as he said, "F*** you" to the terrorists, the public united in chorus, a symbolic show of defiance in the face of violence.
