Professional wrestler Becky Lynch criticizes a venture by a past colleague in show business

In a dramatic turn of events, ex-WWE diva Becky Lynch, now infamous for her heel turn, has been a relentless menace on the mic, especially towards her new target, Sasha Banks (aka Mercedes Moné in AEW).

Delving into an episode of RAW Talk, Lynch discussed her brutal attack on Bayley, which paved her path for her grand WrestleMania 41 comeback. She playfully ridiculed Moné’s latest business endeavor.

"Bayley is so flustered she's probably shelling out a Benjamin each month to her old pal (Mercedes)," Lynch joked.

This jab referred to Moné's recently launched subscription service, where fans can drop $99.99 a month to gain exclusive texting access to her. "My diehard fans have always been my loyal companions," Moné's site reads. "Now, like friends, they can text me directly and privately. Can't wait to finally connect this way. Sign up and text me now!"

A Brief Overview of a Legendary Duo

Sasha Banks (Mercedes Moné) and Bayley share a deep history, often dominating the Women’s Tag Team Championship scene in their prime. Both parted ways with WWE in 2022, with Bayley eventually returning post-stints in other organizations. Moné, however, continues her reign in AEW. She won the TBS Championship as her first reign.

Meanwhile, Becky Lynch was booted off the WrestleMania 41 card following Lynch's brutal attack on Bayley. Initially, the perpetrator remained hidden, until Lynch triumphantly revealed herself as the attacker, going on to win the Women’s Tag Team Championship with Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria.

However, the following night on RAW, Lynch viciously turned on Valkyria. Together, they lost the Women’s Tag Team Championship back to Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.

Currently, Lynch and Valkyria are locked in a heated rivalry over the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Their face-off will unfold at Backlash: St. Louis for the title. This marks Valkyria's first main-event Challenger as the inaugural champion.

Whether Sasha Banks (Mercedes Moné) will rejoin the WWE roster remains uncertain. Her popularity during her Sasha Banks days would undeniably inject new energy into the WWE women's division.

Since severing ties with WWE, Moné starred in the film The Collective and made appearances on The Mandalorian. Her ongoing world tour aims to cement her place among the greatest female wrestlers of all time.
