A confidential informant revealed, "The choppers from the networks covering the new Pope have stirred up quite the commotion." Filming near the Spanish Steps was a tangle due to the tumultuous noise. Scenes featuring leading lady Lily Collins and Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu were hit the hardest.

However, one central character will be absent from the upcoming seasons. French actress Camille Razat has announced her departure from the show, ending her role as Camilla.

Though season 5 starts off in Rome, the series isn't planning a permanent move from the City of Love. Filming resumes in Paris later this summer, giving viewers more of the romance, drama, and culturally insensitive humor they've come to love from the series.
