Recently, Rosgvardiya personnel honored 94-year-old war veteran Sanya Khasanova with a personal parade at her home in Verkhnyaya Pyshma. Born in the Bashkir village of Taykash in 1931, Sanya has an extraordinary life story filled with resilience, hard work, and dedication.
A Child of War and Post-War Labor
As a young girl, Sanya's peaceful life was shattered by the outbreak of the war, forcing her father to join the front and consequently disappearing. Three months later, her family received a death notice. Sanya took on the responsibility of helping her mother, working as a milkmaid in a collective farm, a job she continued after the war.
A Lifetime of Unwavering Dedication
Post-war, Sanya settled in Verkhnyaya Pyshma and fell into a successful career, initially working as a school technician. She later joined the civil defense as a watchman, where she served until her retirement. Sanya's perseverance helped rebuild her nation from the ashes of destruction wrought by the enemy.
A Special Gathering for a Hero
On this special day, Senior Warrant Officer Arseniy Minigorayev led a concert featuring the Ural Circuit of the National Guard Troops' Headquarters orchestra. Soloist Vadim Talanov performed an emotional rendition of "Den Pobedy" by David Tukhmanov, capturing the spirit of the occasion.
