In a shocking turn of events, Priscilla Presley, the former wife of music legend Elvis Presley, is facing a lawsuit filed by her business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleges that Presley has undermined their business ventures and exploited the death of her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, to gain control over Lisa Marie’s trust and Graceland.

At the heart of the allegations is the claim that Presley used Lisa Marie’s death to strengthen her grip on Elvis Presley’s financial estate. The lawsuit further alleges that she severed their business relationship despite their significant investment of time and money to boost Presley’s public image and brand. The lawsuit seeks more than $50 million in damages and describes Presley as an "opportunist" with a tumultuous relationship with her daughter.

The lawsuit also makes a troubling allegation regarding Lisa Marie’s health care. It is claimed that when Lisa Marie was hospitalized in January 2023 for a small bowel obstruction, Presley allegedly overrode Lisa Marie’s documented advanced health care directive, which asked that her life be prolonged “as long as possible within the limits of generally accepted healthcare standards.” The implication is that Presley hastened Lisa Marie’s death for financial advantage.

In response, while Presley’s legal team (led by attorney Wayne Harman) has not publicly commented on the newest claims, it is known that Priscilla Presley previously filed a lawsuit accusing Kruse and Fialko of financial elder abuse, alleging they manipulated and coerced her into signing away 80% of her income and forced her into a form of "indentured servitude." Kruse has denied these allegations.

The lawsuits depict an escalating and bitter legal battle between Presley and her former business partners concerning control of her family’s legacy and finances.

| Allegations by Kruse & Fialko | Priscilla Presley’s Legal Response | |-------------------------------|-----------------------------------| | Undermined business ventures and exploited Lisa Marie’s death to gain control of financial assets | Denies allegations; previously sued Kruse and Fialko for financial elder abuse and fraud, alleging manipulation and coercion | | Overrode Lisa Marie’s advanced healthcare directive to hasten her death | No direct public comment on this allegation; attorney unavailable for comment | | Seized control of Elvis’ financial kingdom improperly | Claims prior abuse by Kruse and Fialko, portraying herself as the victim of financial exploitation |

Priscilla Presley, who is currently 80 years old, was married to Elvis Presley for six years and divorced in 1973. Elvis Presley died on August 16, 1977, at Graceland. Despite Lisa Marie being ailing, it is alleged that Priscilla Presley insisted they attend a Golden Globes event together on January 10, according to the lawsuit.

After Kruse and Fialko helped Priscilla Presley get back on stable financial footing in November 2023, she allegedly cut ties with them and denied them compensation from the movie "Priscilla." It is reported that Priscilla Presley is "clasping to the spotlight."

Marty Singer, Priscilla Presley's attorney, disputed the allegations in a statement on Thursday. Riley Keough, Lisa Marie’s daughter and Priscilla’s granddaughter, stands behind her grandmother, according to Singer. However, a rep for Riley Keough could not immediately be reached for comment.

The plaintiffs claim that Priscilla Presley wanted power and was willing to pay any cost to secure her position atop Elvis' financial kingdom. This legal battle promises to be a closely watched drama in the world of entertainment and finance.
