Shehbaz Sharif Hails Pakistan's Firm Response to Indian Aggression

In the wake of recent unprovoked military actions by India, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif lavished praise on the Pakistan Armed Forces for their swift and calculated response, declaring that their actions "not only snuffed out the threat but also dealt a hefty blow to the adversary's military infrastructure, thus reaffirming Pakistan's unwavering resolve to safeguard its sovereignty and territorial integrity."

During a visit to the Pakistan Air Force's (PAF) Kamra operational base, the Prime Minister was briefed on the force's combat readiness, accomplishments, and strategic abilities in the heat of the defensive engagements.

The PM, accompanied by key ministers and military leaders, received an extensive overview of the PAF's role in thwarting Indian aggression.

Throughout the visit, the Prime Minister interacted with frontline heroes, including pilots, engineers, and technical staff, offering his deep-seated admiration for their professionalism, precision, and rock-solid commitment to defending the homeland.

Addressing the gathered crowd, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif commended the prudence and strategic vision demonstrated by Pakistan's Armed Forces in the face of provocation, stating, "The entire nation swells with pride for the valor and vigilance of its Armed Forces. Under the astute leadership of the Chief of Army Staff, our defenders have yet again demonstrated that Pakistan's security remains inviolable, and any act of hostility will be met with a forceful, resolute, and merciless response."

The prime minister confirmed that the PAF had successfully downed a sixth Indian aircraft, a Mirage-2000, near Pampore on the night of May 6-7. He added that this incident was a testament to the PAF's combat prowess and unwavering determination to safeguard the nation's airspace.

The prime minister also applauded the leadership of Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, commending him for his efforts in modernizing the PAF and integrating state-of-the-art technologies that have significantly boosted operational capabilities.

"To our fearless pilots and diligent air personnel - your courage and precision encapsulate the indomitable spirit of Pakistan's Armed Forces," the prime minister said, his words dripping with emotion. "You have stood resolute, upholding the sanctity of our skies and defending the sovereignty of our nation with unwavering conviction."

The prime minister went on to express Pakistan's Armed Forces' unwavering readiness and resolute commitment to defending every inch of the country's territory. Any act of aggression will be countered with a timely, proportionate, and decisive reprisal. "We stand united, vigilant, and unyielding in the defense of our homeland," he asserted.

Upon arrival at Kamra, the prime minister was warmly welcomed by the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu.
