The bilateral meetings are expected to strengthen political commitment and trust, thereby developing Vietnam - Brazil relations comprehensively, deeply, and sustainably, and bringing practical benefits to the peoples of both countries. The goal is to raise the trade turnover between the two countries to $10 billion in 2025 and $15 billion by 2030.

This is the third time in three consecutive years that Prime Minister Chinh has visited Brazil.
