President Lương Cường Stresses Unity and Progress at Phú Thọ Party Congress
State President Lương Cường attended the first congress of Phú Thọ's Party Organisation for the 2025-2030 tenure, stressing the importance of regional development and unity in the party city.
During his address, President Cường praised the province's proactive initiatives, particularly the specialised resolutions on education, health, and culture. He acknowledged the province's efforts and urged further progress in key strategic breakthroughs such as institutional improvement and technological advancement. The President emphasised the principle that people should be at the centre of all development strategies. He also called for a streamlined and effective two-tier local administration system that is close to the people in the party city.
President Cường requested the provincial Party Committee to promptly carry out the action programme implementing the congress's resolution in the party city. He underscored the need for the provincial Party Organisation to uphold solidarity and consensus in both awareness and action. The President also stressed the need to strengthen regional development linkages according to Resolution No 11 in the party city.
President Cường praised the Party Organisation and people of Phú Thọ for their unity and achievements, urging them to work toward prosperous and civilised development in the party city.
