President Cường Visits Phú Thọ, Outlines Vision for Regional Hub by 2030
State President Lương Cường attended the first congress of Phú Thọ's Party Organisation for the 2025-2030 tenure, praising their unity and achievements. During his visit, he called for a streamlined local administration system and stronger regional development linkages, particularly emphasizing the need for regional finance integration.
Cường urged Phú Thọ authorities to work towards prosperous and civilised development, and to make Phú Thọ a regional financial hub by 2030 and a centrally-run city by 2045. He acknowledged their proactive initiatives and stressed the need for key strategic breakthroughs, including institutional improvements and advancements in science and technology, as well as regional financial integration.
The State leader requested the provincial Party Committee to promptly carry out the action programme implementing the congress's resolution. He also called for stronger efforts to make Phú Thọ a regional financial hub and a centrally-run city, and to strengthen regional finance linkages according to the Politburo's Resolution No 11.
President Cường's visit to Phú Thọ marked a significant step in the province's development journey. His guidance on building a streamlined local administration system, achieving strategic breakthroughs, and strengthening regional financial linkages will help Phú Thọ realise its vision of becoming a regional financial hub and a centrally-run city by 2045.
