In a remarkable achievement, Spanish poker professional Leo Margets has made history by becoming the first woman in three decades to reach the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event final table. Together, the final nine players will be competing for more than $30 million in remaining prize money, with one of poker's ultimate prizes, which includes a $10 million reward and a WSOP gold bracelet, up for grabs.
Joining Margets at the final table is four-time WSOP bracelet winner Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi. The final stage of the tournament will take place on July 15. John Wasnock, an investment consultant from North Bend, Washington, leads the pack in chip counts at the final table.
