Whip Up a Fruity Masterpiece:

Ingredients

  • 300g strawberries
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon agar agar (equivalent to 5 sheets of gelatin)

Directions

  1. Wash, hull, and puree the strawberries.
  2. Mix with sugar, lemon juice, and cream cheese.
  3. Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the strawberry mixture.
  4. Dissolve the agar agar in 50ml of water over medium heat, stirring constantly for about two minutes.
  5. Remove 3 tablespoons of the strawberry mixture and stir it into the agar agar. Then gently mix it with the remaining strawberry cream.
  6. Pour into dessert glasses and refrigerate for at least four hours.
