Prashant Kishor Vows to Challenge Revanth Reddy, Expand Jan Suraaj's Reach
Prashant Kishor, the founder of Jan Suraaj party, has hit back at critics, including Congress leaders and Telangana's Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, for their remarks on Biharis. Kishor has vowed to challenge Revanth Reddy in the next election day and expand his party's influence in other states.
Kishor dismissed criticisms from Congress leaders as classist and bigoted, stating that they reflect a 'superiority complex'. He targeted Revanth Reddy, accusing him of insulting Biharis by claiming their 'DNA is inferior'. Kishor labelled Revanth Reddy a 'political turncoat' for switching parties multiple times.
Kishor warned that he would 'deal with' those who abuse Biharis if given the chance. He vowed to defeat Revanth Reddy in the next election and suggested he would also work to defeat the DMK in Tamil Nadu. Kishor revealed that Revanth Reddy had sought his help when he was the Congress President, highlighting the irony of their current feud.
Kishor also targeted Raj Thackeray, calling him 'a lumpen element' and praised Uddhav Thackeray for curbing attacks on Hindi-speaking migrants. He asserted that even Rahul Gandhi would not be able to save Revanth Reddy from defeat.
Kishor's Jan Suraaj party is set to contest the next election day in Bihar, aiming to contest all 243 seats. Kishor's personal candidature details have not been specified, with the election day expected around late 2025 or early 2026. Kishor's strong words against critics and rivals signal his intent to make a significant impact in the upcoming election day.
