In a recent development, Gulnara Uvarova, the director of the real estate agency RTCNIC, finds herself at the centre of a new criminal case. This case is separate from the one that previously involved her accomplice, Susanna Rojina.

According to reports from Yakutia.Info, citing the Telegram channel "Spicy Yakutia," an уголовное дело (criminal case) has been opened against Uvarova under Article 199, Part 2, Point "a" of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The specific nature of the crime committed by Uvarova was not specified in the provided paragraph.

Meanwhile, Rojina, a former journalist with TASS and NVK "Sakha," has been in custody for a year. She is currently serving time in Women’s Correctional Colony No.10 in the village of Gornoye, Primorsky Krai. Rojina was sentenced by the Yakutsk City Court to 4 years and 6 months in a general-regime correctional colony, a decision that is not yet legally binding.

Rojina's court decision for early release on parole, granted by the Primorsky Court on September 8, is also not legally binding yet. This decision came after Rojina provided information about her accomplices as part of a deal with the prosecution. One of her accomplices, Rinat Absalikhov, was sentenced to 8 years following a lengthy trial.

In the previous case, Rojina was accused of large-scale fraud and extortion from Uvarova, the director of the real estate agency RTCNIC. Susanna Rojina served time in Women’s Correctional Colony No.10 in the village of Gornoye, Primorsky Krai, between 2010 and 2012. Some of Uvarova's property was seized as part of this criminal case, but the exact nature of the seized property was not detailed.

It is important to note that this new case against Uvarova does not appear to be directly related to the case against Rojina. The criminal case against Uvarova involves a crime committed by a group of persons by prior agreement, but the details of this crime are currently unclear.

As the situation develops, more information about these cases is expected to become available. The public will continue to follow these cases closely, especially given the high-profile nature of the individuals involved and the potential impact on the real estate industry in Russia.
