Starlite Festival 2021 Highlights International Acts and Return to Stage
The Starlite Festival, one of Spain's most significant summer musical events, made a triumphant comeback last night in Marbella. The event, held at the Patio de los Caballos in the Antequera Bullring, featured a variety of acts including Bello Band, Beiztegui, and The Boogie Barkers [3].
International legends also graced the Starlite Festival stage, with Scottish band Texas performing to an enthusiastic audience. Led by Sharleen Spiteri, the band delivered a nostalgic and energetic set that included hits such as "I Don't Want a Lover", "Halo", and "Summer Son" [1].
Among the attendees were Pablo Alborán, Juan Peña, and Marilia, who expressed excitement about seeing Texas live for the first time [4]. The Malagueño hopes to return to the Starlite Festival next year as part of the lineup.
Looking ahead, the Starlite Marbella concert series continues with several high-profile performances scheduled for 2025. In August, India Martínez, Israel Fernández, Nancys Rubias, Romina Power, and Miguel Bosé are set to take the stage [2]. However, a full 2025 Starlite Festival lineup has yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, off the stage, María José Suárez expressed happiness about the amount raised at a recent charity gala linked to the festival.
