The inimitable Lady Gaga stirs up a tempest in the German albums realm after a whopping 14 years! Her record-setting "Mayhem" peaks at the number one spot, as per GfK Entertainment's latest report, marking her third journey to the summit, having achieved the feat with "The Fame" (2008) and "Born This Way" (2011).

"Mayhem," her sixth studio opus, comes storming in with not just the album charts' top billing, but it also cements three of its tracks in the singles chart: "Abracadabra" at number seven, "Die With A Smile" in collaboration with Bruno Mars at number eight, and "Garden Of Eden" at number 92.

Meanwhile, the number two spot in the album charts is claimed by a fresh entrant, the seasoned Jethro Tull, with "Curious Ruminant." Rounding out the week are Fynn Kliemann at number three with "Tod."

In the singles charts, Oimara, the Bavarian songbird, retains her leading position with "Wackelkontakt." In second place, we find Zartmann, reigning high with "Tau mich auf," followed closely by ROSÉ & Bruno Mars rocketing up from fourth to third with "APT."
