Pop icon Madonna signs back with Warner Records, set to release dance music album 'Confessions of a Dance Floor Part 2' in 2026
Pop icon Madonna has announced that she is set to release a new album, marking her first LP since 2019's 'Madame X', which was her 14th studio record. The news was revealed during an interview with NME, where she also discussed the experience of being extremely famous.
The new album, titled 'Confessions Of A Dance Floor Part 2', will see Madonna collaborating once again with producer Stuart Price, who is most widely recognized for his contributions to her hit 2005 album 'Confessions on a Dancefloor'. Price, who has been working with Madonna for over two decades, has also been the musical director and producer for the new album.
In addition to the album announcement, Madonna has revealed the UK dates of her 2023 'Celebration' tour. The tour, which celebrates hits from throughout her career, has already completed a world tour with multiple sold-out stops at The O2 in London. The UK dates of the tour were given a five-star review by NME, with the opening gig showcasing 'a series of spectacular set-pieces referencing iconic highlights from Madonna's reign'.
Madonna's 'Celebration' tour is not her first time working with Price. He has worked with Madonna on three of her tours, recently reconnecting with her for the 'Celebration' shows.
