Knife-Wielding Suspect at Munich Market
In an unexpected turn of events on a chilly Saturday afternoon, a 26-year-old man found himself under the watchful gaze of the police. The reason for this unusual attention? A rucksack concealing two pocket knives, each with a blade length of a daunting 12 centimeters.
The incident, which unfolded near the town hall, had alert officials after seemingly peculiar behavior from the two males. Clad in uniform and plainclothes, the police team quickly swung into action, conducting rigorous checks in the vicinity of the cafe.

Quickly identifying the suspect, the police took the trousered pursuit to a new level. The man, a Serbian known for his violent tendencies, was subsequently released once his identity was confirmed.

Meanwhile, a steward patrol service provided by the City of Munich will also be on duty, fulfilled with random checks on both people and belongings within the Christmas market area.
