In a thrilling turn of events, our local law enforcement had quite the chase on their hands! Two teenagers, aged 16 and 17, were spotted speeding and disrupting traffic in the heart of North Rhine-Westphalia.

When the police arrived at the scene, they observed the teenagers attempting to make a getaway. The older of the pair managed to evade capture for a brief moment, leading the police on quite the chase before crashing into a dead-end street, where they were apprehended.

Investigations have unveiled that the stolen car belonged to a neighbor, who had reported the vehicle missing just a night prior. The perpetrator behind the burglary of the elderly woman's home is yet to be conclusively identified between the two teenagers.

The 17-year-old suspect is known to have attempted a car theft a week prior, but with a driver's license, he was only allowed to drive under supervision.

Meanwhile, the 16-year-old fugitive is believed to have commandeered the car from a relative. The police are currently gathering evidence and weighing charges such as street racing, driving without a license, and theft.
