Police spokeswoman Hoppen: "We've recovered the nutcracker so it can be returned to the Christmas market."
The trio found in the vehicle (25, 26, 19) are now under investigation for theft. For the Audi's driver (25), the liquor-fueled decision led to significant consequences. The rationale: a breathalyzer test confirmed a blood alcohol level of 1.35 per mille, leading to a blood sample, further charges, and the confiscation of his license.
The Yuletide market miscreants should brace themselves for a hefty bill for the rear hatch's repair.
