In the city of Frankfurt (Oder), authorities are conducting a series of investigations following a suspicious incident involving a motorized bicycle on Schwedter Werner-Seelenbinder-Straße.
On August 12th, a man's vehicle, equipped with a motor and capable of speeds exceeding 45 km/h, caught the attention of local police officers. The driver, who is now under investigation, was suspected of driving under the influence of intoxicating substances.
According to preliminary findings, the driver's breath alcohol content was 0.54 per mille, which exceeds the legal limit. Additionally, the driver tested positive for drugs.
