Police allegedly beat 17-year-old Aly, claims his relatives; probe into potential self-inflicted violence underway
A disturbing incident of police brutality has been reported in Garges-lès-Gonesse, France, involving a 17-year-old adolescent named Aly. On the evening of July 14, 2025, Aly alleges that he was forcibly taken into a national police vehicle, assaulted, and subsequently abandoned near a wooded area.
