_Dang, another tragedy strikes! A glider wrecked in a residential zone of Brand-Nagelberg, Lower Austria, last Saturday afternoon. The unfortunate soul manning the glider didn't make it through the crash.

The flyer departed from the Czech Republic before the unfortunate incident in Gmünd's district. Thankfully, no other casualties were reported among the residents or passersby nearby. The crash took place in the Waldviertel, a scenic northern region of Lower Austria.

As of now, the authorities haven't given the cause of the crash. The Public Prosecutor's Office in Krems has ordered an autopsy on the deceased pilot for a deeper dig into the circumstances surrounding the wreck[3][4].
