Plan B Europe Expands Team with Top Producers for UK and European Projects
Plan B Europe, the London-based branch of Brad Pitt's Plan B Entertainment, is growing its team. The company, launched just seven months ago, has brought in two experienced producers to strengthen its operations.
This expansion follows the subsidiary's focus on developing high-quality films and series across the UK and Europe. The new recruits include Maria Fleischer, who joins as Executive Producer. She previously held roles at Sony Pictures Television International, Origin Pictures, Fox Searchlight, and DNA Films & TV. Her experience spans both studio and independent production.
Charlie Silver also arrives as Development Producer. He spent eight years at House Productions, contributing to projects like Sherwood and The Good Mothers. His background in scripted drama adds depth to the team's creative capabilities.
Ed Macdonald, head of Plan B Europe, welcomed the appointments. The company, co-led by Pitt, Dede Gardner, and Jeremy Kleiner, has already secured multiple projects in development with buyers. Its launch in September 2025 marked Plan B's first dedicated European division, aiming to produce premium content for global audiences. With Fleischer and Silver on board, Plan B Europe is building a stronger production team. The subsidiary continues to expand its slate of films and series for UK and European markets. Further announcements on upcoming projects are expected in the coming months.
