Philippines to Debut First Luxury Motorsports Hotel in Clark Freeport

The Philippines is set to get its first motorsports-themed boutique hotel in Clark Freeport. A new agreement between the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) and Kilton Motor Corporation (KMC) will bring the project to life. Signed on March 30, 2026, the deal aims to blend luxury hospitality with the excitement of racing. The hotel will sit near the Clark International Speedway, offering guests high-end stays, motorsports training, and exclusive car experiences. KMC President Johnny Tan described the vision as a fusion of world-class service and automotive passion. No similar luxury motorsports hotels have opened in free trade zones worldwide in the past five years.

The project is expected to create 77 full-time jobs and attract P1.5 billion in investment. CDC President Agnes Devanadera welcomed the initiative, calling it a key lifestyle investment for the Freeport. Beyond accommodation, the hotel will feature automotive craftsmanship displays and premium car encounters. Both companies also plan an employment programme for residents of Barangay Macapagal Village, where the hotel will stand. The development is set to boost Clark's MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) tourism while growing the country's motorsports appeal.

The partnership marks a first for the Philippines, combining hospitality with motorsports in a single venue. Construction will move forward under the CDC-KMC agreement, with economic and tourism benefits expected for the region. The hotel aims to open as a unique destination for racing fans and luxury travellers alike.
