Personnel shift at Solingen-Wuppertal Labour Agency: New Leadership Appointed

In August 2021, Nathalie Schoendorf began her tenure as the Chairwoman of the Management Board of the Agentur für Arbeit Solingen-Wuppertal, a regional branch of the Federal Employment Agency in Germany.

Schoendorf, who resides in the district of Mettmann, has been working in employment administration since 2005. Her focus is on creating solutions that foster professional and economic opportunities for individuals and businesses, and bolster the regional labor market sustainably.

Prior to her current role, Schoendorf held positions at the Agentur für Arbeit Düsseldorf, the Regional Directorate North Rhine-Westphalia, and as a Managing Director of Internal Services Düsseldorf and Cologne. She also served as the head of the Jobcenter Mettmann - "jobcenter ME-aktiv" since 2020.

Schoendorf has expressed her enthusiasm to collaborate with colleagues and partners in Wuppertal, Solingen, and Remscheid. She takes over from Martin Klebe, who retired as Chairwoman of the Management Board on June 30th.

The Agentur für Arbeit Solingen-Wuppertal is located in Bergisches Land, Germany. Schoendorf's mission is to continue the agency's work in providing employment services, job placement, and vocational training to the region's residents.

Despite our inability to provide details about Schoendorf’s professional background or roles in the Federal Employment Agency without specific sources, it is clear that she brings extensive experience from various areas of the agency to her new position.

Schoendorf is married and has a son. Her appointment marks a new chapter for the Agentur für Arbeit Solingen-Wuppertal, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact she will have on the region's labor market.
