A40-Year-Old Bloke Slugged with Slaying Young British Nurse in Texas
Elizabeth Tamilore Odunsi, famously known as Tami Dollars on TikTok, met her tragic end in Texas, just days before she was due to graduate. Authorities say her roommate, Chester Lamar Grant, is responsible for her brutal killing.
According to reports, police discovered Odunsi's lifeless body on April 26, 2025, at their shared apartment on Goforth Street in Houston, Texas. The officers received a welfare check and upon arrival, they saw blood on the rear concrete patio. Upon entering the apartment, they found Odunsi, 23, on the kitchen floor with multiple stab wounds. The poor soul was pronounced dead at the scene.
Grant, the 40-year-old roommate, was found in a bedroom with at least one stab wound and was rushed to the hospital in a critical condition. Police arrested Grant on Friday, 2nd May, charging him with Odunsi’s murder. At this moment, Grant is tucked up in Harris County Jail in Texas, with a bond set at $500,000.
A magistrate reportedly stated during a preliminary hearing that Odunsi and Grant had been locked in a catastrophic brawl over Grant's cat[1].
Odunsi, originally from London, had quite the presence on TikTok, boasting over 44,000 followers, where she shared her experiences as a student at Texas Woman's University. A GoFundMe page set up to transport her body back to the UK for a decent burial had amassed £63,000 as of 3am UK time on Tuesday[3].
