Performances Held at the Catholic University
On Tuesday, 21st January 2025, music lovers and nature enthusiasts alike are in for a treat as the Chamber Choir of Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt presents an animal-themed late-night concert. On Thursday, 23rd January, UniMusic will present a walk-through concert. The semester final concert, directed by Prof. Dr. Daniel Mark Eberhard, will take place on Wednesday, 5th February, featuring various solo and ensemble contributions by music students.
On Sunday, 26th January, a children's concert titled "Journey to Astralis" will take place in the university's auditorium. The symphony orchestra of the KU will perform, and Uwe Sochaczewsky will be the musical director. The focus of the symphonic concert on Wednesday, 29th January, will be on the supernatural, extraterrestrial, mythical, and magical. Four ensembles of the KU and the Gabrieli-Gymnasium will give a symphonic concert together on this day.
Admission to the late-night concert is free, while tickets for the concert on 29th January can be purchased at the box office for 7 euros, with a reduced price of 5 euros. The children's concert on 26th January is also free for admission.
