Wanna kick off your summer with some groovy gospel tunes? The Holy Harbor Gospel Choir's got you covered! On Saturday, May 31st, they're taking the stage at 7:30 PM in the St. Stephanus Church, Dahme. This sparkling gospel choir is bringin' the heat with their first summery sounds!
During their winter hibernation, these talented singers have been busy cookin' up some new pieces. We can't wait 'til they drop 'em! And guess what? They'll be presentin' their brand spankin' new CD, "Same Great Power". Just wait until you hear the catchy tunes and soulful harmonies!
At the helm, we have choir director Christian Newe, who's not just conductin' the show musically, but's also accompanin' 'em on the piano, guitar, and percussion. Alongside approximately 30 singers, Newe will guide you through an entertaining mix of classic gospels, modern pop influences, and jazzy interpretations, with some special accents courtesy of the expressive solo voice of Newe himself, the powerful Maren Gawehn, and the sensitive Julia Schönfeld.
