Pending decision by Quentin Millora-Brown as he contemplates a move to Europe

Quentin Millora-Brown, the former UP Fighting Maroons big man, has made it clear that he will not be joining the PBA Season 50 Rookie Draft. Instead, he has set his sights on a European basketball career.

Millora-Brown's current contract with the Macau Black Bears ends by the end of August 2025. After that, he plans to sign a deal with a European team. His agent and he have decided not to pursue a path in the PBA at this time.

Millora-Brown's decision to look towards Europe is a strategic move to further his career. He has been in talks with a European club, but no deal will be finalized until his current contract with Macau expires.

The 18th FilOil Preseason Cup championship game on July 27 was the setting for Millora-Brown's comments to reporters. During the game, he recorded an impressive 16 points, 16 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 2 steals in a victory against the Guangzhou Loong Lions.

In a significant move, Millora-Brown helped Macau win the leg finals of The Asian Tournament on July 24. His decision to play for Macau was motivated, in part, by the opportunity to face Gilas Pilipinas. He will face Gilas Pilipinas in an exhibition game at the Araneta Coliseum on July 28.

The Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas is currently appealing Millora-Brown's case to shift his classification from a naturalized player to a local. However, Millora-Brown's focus remains on his European ambitions.

As Millora-Brown prepares to embark on this new chapter of his basketball career, fans and enthusiasts eagerly await news of his European contract. His talent and potential are undeniable, and it's exciting to see where this journey will take him.
