Peddling Towards Kappelle by Bicycle
The small town of Möning recently played host to a unique and significant event for its parishioners – a four-day cycling pilgrimage. Organized by the parish itself, under the guidance of Albert Seefelder, this religious event attracted a total of 18 participants.
The journey began in the peaceful surroundings of Möning, and after covering approximately 350 kilometers, the pilgrims returned to their starting point via Nuremberg. The route took them through picturesque towns and cities, including Ansbach, Ochsenfurt, Würzburg, Marktbreit, Dietersheim, and Langenzenn.
The destination of this spiritual journey was the Käppele in Würzburg, a renowned place of worship. Upon their arrival, the participants joined in a joint service of worship, marking the end of their journey.
This cycling pilgrimage served as a means of deepening spiritual connections and fostering community among participants. It was a unique experience, bringing people together in a shared pursuit of faith and fellowship.
