PATEO Reports Strong H1 2025 Results With Revenue Surge and Patent Boom
PATEO, a leading automotive technology company, has released its first-half 2025 financial results. The company saw a significant increase in revenue and patents, marking a strong start to the year.
PATEO's revenue surged to RMB 10.86 billion, a 26.2% jump from the same period last year. This growth was driven by various segments. Revenue from connected services rose by 37.9% to RMB 44.2 million, while smart cockpit solutions brought in RMB 1,039.6 million, up 25.9% year-on-year.
The company's R&D efforts paid off with a 17.4% increase in expenditure. PATEO was granted 1,785 patents, including 935 invention patents. Notably, invention patents accounted for approximately 82.6% of the total 6,088 patents applied for in the first half of 2025.
PATEO's collaboration with the Porsche brand resulted in the development of a new generation of in-vehicle infotainment systems for the Chinese market. Additionally, the company shipped 400,000 intelligent cockpit domain controllers, including 160,000 high-end SoC domain controllers.
PATEO's first-half 2025 results reflect the company's strong performance and commitment to innovation. With a 38.3% year-on-year increase in gross profit and a 1.3 percentage point rise in gross profit margin, PATEO continues to solidify its position in the automotive technology sector.
