Paris Fashion Week for Spring/Summer 2026 has begun, kicking off with Yves Saint Laurent's 80s-inspired collection and ending on 7th October. The event is drawing influential figures and showcasing innovative materials.

Yves Saint Laurent launched the week with a star-studded show, featuring Hailey Bieber, Zoe Kravitz, and Bella Hadid. The collection paid homage to 80s power dressing, boasting sharp shoulders, leather separates, and oversized sunglasses. Meanwhile, Nicolas Ghesquiere's Louis Vuitton presentation celebrated 'the art of living', blending historical inspiration with modern aesthetics.

Stella McCartney's show opened with Dame Helen Mirren reciting 'Come Together' by The Beatles. The collection, crafted with 98% conscious and 100% cruelty-free materials, introduced two world-firsts: FEVVERS, a plant-based vegan feather alternative, and PURE.TECH, a pollutant-neutralizing material. Lanvin's sophomore show for Peter Copping was a tribute to blue, with various shades and hues throughout the collection.
