In a tragic turn of events, an eight-month-old baby died in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Sunday night. The mother, who had been out of the house for more than six hours, returned home at 08:30 local time to find her baby dead.
Upon discovering her child, the distraught mother took the baby to an Urgent Care Unit, but unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done. The cause of death remains unknown at this time, with authorities investigating the incident to determine the cause.

Investigations at the woman's house revealed unsanitary living conditions for the children. The children's living space was described as having dirty walls, torn clothes, and an unsafe space for minors. Several witnesses also reported that the woman often left the house at night.
