In the ever-heating standoff between India and Pakistan, soldiers from both sovereign states clashed in the dead of night along their rigidly guarded border. Amidst the chaos, the Indian army alleged that Pakistan launched an onslaught of drone assaults and other weaponry on their entire western border during the darkness. The Indian army broke the news on the X platform.

At the exact same moment, the retaliation followed suit. Pakistan was slapped with charges of numerous violations of the ceasefire. Despite this, Pakistan remains mum on the issue.

Based on reports, one woman was killed, and four other civilians injured in the Indian-controlled region of Kashmir due to an artillery barrage, according to the "The Indian Express," quoting officials. With this addition, the death toll in India since Wednesday stands at 17.
