Kelly spoke about Ozzy's illness in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly in October 2024. She expressed her fear of losing a family member due to their close-knit family unit. Her concerns were not unfounded, as Ozzy had been battling Parkinson's disease for some time. He revealed his diagnosis during a 2020 Good Morning America interview, where Kelly was also present.
Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy's wife, discussed his health issues on The Talk UK in June 2022. She stated that Ozzy's surgery would determine the rest of his life. Ozzy faced multiple health issues in recent years, including undergoing surgery.
Ozzy is survived by Sharon, whom he married in 1982, and their children Kelly, Aimee, and Jack. He also has children Elliot, Louis, and Jessica from his previous marriage to Thelma Riley. The last performance of Ozzy was two weeks prior to his death.
