Oversized entity, measuring beyond 30 centimeters in width
The alltours Cinema, located in Düsseldorf, is set to begin its season for 2025. Michael Brill, CEO of D.LIVE, expresses his excitement for the upcoming film programme. The cinema's capacity for each evening remains at 840 seats, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience for all visitors.
The season will follow an extensive hygiene and infection protection concept, ensuring a safe environment for all attendees. Visitors are required to wear medical mouth and nose covers throughout the event area and during screenings. Additionally, they must provide proof of a negative coronavirus rapid test, complete vaccination, or recovery from Covid-19. The proof of a negative rapid test should not be older than 48 hours, and the proof of recovery from Covid-19 should be a positive PCR test that is at least 28 days and a maximum of six months old.
The cinema program will be published and continuously updated on the website, www.alltours-kino.de, where tickets for the screenings can also be booked. The first program for the alltours Cinema's season includes the preview of "The Drink," a daring experiment featuring Mads Mikkelsen as a teacher in burnout. The nationwide cinema release of "The Drink" is on July 22.
In addition to "The Drink," the cinema program offers a mix of classics like Jaws, popular titles like Pretty Woman and Interstellar, as well as special theme nights called “Diven Dienstag” (Diva Tuesdays) with additional immersive experiences such as dance performances and beauty lounges.
The cinema's seating plan includes the exclusive "Kino Beach" area, an inviting space with sandy ground and lounge chairs offering river views and its own catering. This area can host up to 120 guests and is available for private bookings ideal for afterwork events, summer parties, or networking, all integrated seamlessly with the movie screenings.
The alltours Cinema offers an outdoor experience like no other, combining film culture with a relaxed atmosphere by the Rhine, enhanced by curated program formats and additional entertainment elements to create a unique cinematic experience. The cinema is recognised as a SafeNow Zone, making it the first open-air cinema worldwide to cooperate with SafeNow and the #SAVETHENIGHT initiative by Jägermeister to ensure a safe environment. Attendees are encouraged to download the SafeNow app for additional safety support during events.
