The Parade

starting at the historic Novosboronaya Square and culminating at the Lagerny Garden. The crowds won't soon forget the spectacle as they witness more than 80 Victorian-era vehicles, with a pristine T-34 tank leading the parade.

According to Denis Shostak, the event organizer, this year's parade will be Tomsk's largest ever, with over 1500 participants representing law enforcement agencies like the MVD, Rosgvardia, MChS, and various Tomsk-based organizations, as well as combat veterans.
