Düsseldorf Open-Air Cinema Kicks Off Summer Season
The Düsseldorf Open-Air Cinema has officially started its summer season on July 31, offering a variety of films for movie enthusiasts to enjoy. Located at the picturesque Rheinterrassen on the Rhine promenade, the cinema will continue until August 31.
Tickets for regular screenings are priced at 18 euros (plus a 1 euro service charge) in advance and 20 euros at the box office. For students and university students, special rates are available for performances from Monday to Thursday, with tickets costing 16 euros (plus a 1 euro service charge) in advance and 18 euros at the box office.

The popular "Beach Spot" at Robert-Lehr-Ufer will reopen on Thursday and will be open from Monday to Wednesday from 7 pm, and from Thursday to Sunday from 4 pm. Admission is free.
A 400 square meter screen will showcase a new or classic blockbuster every day. Online pre-sales for entrance tickets to the open-air cinema end at 4:59 pm on the respective film day.
Notable screenings include "Heldin," which will be shown on August 14 as a tribute to caregivers, and the first of two "Joker Nights" on August 21, featuring "Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning." The second Joker Night, taking place on August 31, will showcase the thrilling F1 race.
Following the Joker Nights, the program includes films like "Mamma Mia!" on August 22, "Jurassic World: Die Wiedergeburt" on August 23, and "Interstellar" on August 24 as part of the Community Choice Night.
Mayor Stephan Keller will be present at the August 14 film screening. Tickets are still available online at www.alltours-kino.de. The box office opens daily at 5 pm.
