Ready to take your outdoor adventures to the next level? 66°North, the Icelandic brand known for its rugged gear, has partnered with explorer and photographer Chris Burkard once again! Their newest collaboration, the Ljosufjoll collection, is inspired by the dynamic movements in Burkard's photography. This collection is designed for a variety of outdoor sports and can withstand tough conditions.

The Ljosufjoll collection is all about lightness and speed in the mountains. Whether you're hitting the slopes after work, biking, commuting, or going for a trail run, this collection has got you covered. In a video posted on the 66°North YouTube channel, Burkard explains the inspiration behind this versatile clothing line (Check it out!).

Built for the unpredictable Icelandic spring, the Ljosufjoll collection includes layers to keep you cozy when the temperature drops. The highlight of the collection is the insulating Ljosufjoll shell jacket - a waterproof, windproof, PFAS-free Gore-Tex shell designed to keep you dry and comfortable in the wilderness. This jacket is equipped with two large side zippers for heat-dispersion and retails for $745 on the 66°North website. Chris Burkard himself put it through the paces by wearing it while mountain biking in Iceland and ski touring in Japan.

For lighter adventures in dry weather, there's the Ljosufjoll insulated jacket, a cheaper and lighter alternative suited for hiking. Made from 48% recycled nylon materials, this jacket is both stylish and eco-friendly. You can grab one for $310.

If you're a trail runner, don't miss out on the new Helgafell running line, created in partnership with trail runner and Orienteer Magazine founder, Rory Griffin. The Helgafell range prioritizes functionality to help you conquer the rugged trails of Northern Europe. The Hengill shorts, made with a durable 4-way stretch fabric, feature two zipped thigh pockets that can be accessed even while wearing a backpack or harness. They're available for $350 on the 66°North website.
