Game 1 Woes and Game 2 Aim: Thunder's Narrow Loss to the Nuggets

Additionally, the Thunder struggled from the free throw line, with misses proving costly in the crucial moments of the game.
With a must-win situation now faced in Game 2, the Thunder will aim to tighten up their rebounding and capitalize on their free throw opportunities. If they manage to levell the series ahead of the venue shift to Denver for Games 3 and 4, they will find themselves in a strong position. Heading into the series with a 0-2 deficit, however, would be a challenging hole to dig out of, especially considering the formidable presence of Nikola Jokic, named the best player in the world.
