Ostsee High School is under the control of a wolf pack
HSG Ostsee suffered a defeat in their recent 3rd Liga match against TSV Altenholz, with a scoreline of 25:19 (13:10). The match, held at the Neustaedter Gogenkrog-Hall, saw TSV Altenholz emerge victorious in the second half, securing a 12:9 win.
Coach Mirko Spieckermann, who is also an active co-trainer at HSG Ostsee, attributed the loss to missed opportunities and a total of 28 missed shots by his team.
The defeat comes as a setback for HSG Ostsee, but they are determined to bounce back in their upcoming game against Sportfreunde Söhre. This match holds particular significance for HSG co-trainer Finn Meiners, as he previously played for Sportfreunde Söhre.
The much-anticipated home game will take place on August 30th at 6:30 PM in the Neustaedter Gogenkrog-Hall. Fans of HSG Ostsee, who travelled in numbers to support their team in Altenholz, are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to cheer on their team in their own territory.
The match against Sportfreunde Söhre will mark HSG Ostsee's first home game of the season. With the home advantage and the added motivation, HSG Ostsee will be hoping to put their recent loss behind them and secure a much-needed victory.
