Orthalis and Dentalsoft merge to form SignalSoft Développement in Europe

Orthalis has merged with Dentalsoft to form a new group called SignalSoft Développement. The deal strengthens their position in the European market and creates a more unified offering for orthodontic software. Backed by investors, the company now aims to expand its reach and improve its solutions for professionals.

The merger brings together two established names in orthodontic software under one entity. Extens, along with Bpifrance and BNP Développement, provided the funding to support the acquisition and Orthalis' growth plans. This move helps consolidate a previously fragmented sector.

Laurent Urien, the newly appointed CEO of SignalSoft Développement, will oversee the integration of the teams. His role includes driving the group's expansion strategy and ensuring the combined company meets its development goals.

SignalSoft Développement plans to invest heavily in its software products. The focus will be on improving tools for orthodontists and expanding into new European markets. The merger is expected to unlock stronger growth potential for the newly formed group.

The creation of SignalSoft Développement marks a significant step for Orthalis and Dentalsoft. With fresh investment and a clearer market strategy, the company is now positioned to serve orthodontists more effectively. The next phase will involve rolling out enhanced software and broadening its presence across Europe.
