In the ever-evolving world of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), several significant developments have taken place.

Firstly, the privacy policy and terms & conditions of a new guide for upcoming Marvel movies and shows have been made clear. This guide promises an exciting journey through the Marvel universe, filled with action, adventure, and suspense.

The second episode of the animated series, What If...?, introduces a new twist to the Marvel saga. Taneleer Tivan, the galactic baddie, takes centre stage, but it is T'Challa, the Black Panther, who steals the show. Set 20 years later, the story follows T'Challa helping Nebula to steal the Embers of Genesis. This sequence, featuring T'Challa, was a heartfelt tribute by the creators, serving as a way to "be with him in some strange way" following Chadwick Boseman's untimely passing in August 2020.

The creators of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Ryan Coogler and Joe Robert Cole, were deeply affected by Boseman's death. They went back to the drawing board, crafting a new narrative that would honour Boseman's legacy. Coogler even provided notes for the T'Challa sequence in What If...?

In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Letitia Wright's character, Shuri, takes over the Black Panther mantle. The studio confirmed that Boseman's T'Challa would not be recast, a decision that extends to the MCU's animated titles as well. Victoria Alonso, an executive producer, reassured fans that Boseman would not be digitally rendered in the film.

The team behind What If...? had plans for a spin-off series about a Star-Lord T'Challa before Boseman's death. However, with his passing, these plans were put on hold. Bryan Andrews, the showrunner of What If...?, mentions a non-speaking appearance of T'Challa in the series.

As we bid farewell to Chadwick Boseman's T'Challa, we look forward to new stories in the Marvel universe. In a poignant turn of events, T'Challa is depicted as a Star-Lord in the second episode of the first season of What If...?.

Lastly, Marvel Zombies premieres on Disney Plus on September 24, offering another exciting addition to the Marvel universe. As we move forward, we remember Chadwick Boseman and the indelible impact he had on the Marvel saga.
