Or'esh Ignites SoHo With Bold Fire-Driven Mediterranean Cuisine

Catch Hospitality Group has launched its third Manhattan restaurant, Or'esh, in SoHo. The venue opened on February 10 at 450 West Broadway, offering modern Mediterranean and Levantine dishes. Chef Nadav Greenberg, previously of Michelin-starred Shmone, leads the coal-fired kitchen with a focus on bold, live-fire flavours.

The name Or'esh means 'light' and 'fire', reflecting the restaurant's cooking style. Greenberg wanted creative freedom to explore instinctive, fire-driven techniques. The menu remains simple but intentional, shaped by the coal-fired kitchen's capabilities.

A suggested dining sequence starts with raw seafood, followed by fish, meats, vegetables, and dessert. The 80-seat dining room, designed by Rockwell Group, complements the experience. Beyond food, Or'esh features an extensive wine list alongside cocktails and spirits.

This marks the group's third Manhattan opening, joining The Corner Store in SoHo and The Eighty Six in the West Village. Catch Hospitality is known for its high-energy, sought-after downtown venues.

Or'esh brings live-fire Mediterranean cuisine to SoHo under Greenberg's direction. The restaurant's coal-fired menu and stylish setting aim to attract diners seeking bold flavours. No further openings from the group have been announced at this time.
