Orca Energy Declares Quarterly Dividend for Shareholders by Year-End

Orca Energy Group Inc. has announced a quarterly cash dividend for its shareholders. The company, which focuses on natural gas projects in Tanzania, will pay out $0.10 (Cdn) per share. This applies to both Class A and Class B voting shares held by investors in the classroom of shareholders.

The dividend was declared for holders of Class A Common Voting Shares and Class B Subordinate Voting Shares. Shareholders registered by December 31, 2025, will receive the payment on January 14, 2026.

Eligible shareholders will receive $0.10 (Cdn) per share in early 2026. The payout follows the standard quarterly dividend schedule. Orca continues its focus on natural gas operations in Tanzania while maintaining its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
