The Administrative Court, faced with a legal challenge from the Bundes Naturschutz, decided to pause the construction of the new Kampenwand cable car in the Alps for the time being. The previous approval, received in 2022, has been revoked due to the Rosenheim district office's vague and unlawful decision, the Munich Administrative Court stated on Wednesday. Conservationists celebrated the news, but the court's decision does not necessarily mean the cable car project's modernization plans need to cease.
