Oneida & Oswego Counties Prepare for Freezing Temperatures

Oneida and Oswego counties brace for chilling temperatures. A freeze watch and frost advisory have been issued for Thursday, threatening sensitive outdoor plants. Protective measures include shielding sensitive plants from frost, covering outdoor vegetation, and ensuring outdoor water pipes are well-insulated.
